Server-side tagging test page

Web container GTM-KBB4KXZF → server container GTM-M3RRTR96 on the staging cluster.

Each button pushes an event to the dataLayer. If the GA4 tag in the web container has server_container_url set, the resulting request goes to gtmtest.testwc6knx.threadbeast.com instead of google-analytics.com — check the Network tab.
